NEXT會與供應商一起，致力為顧客提供優質產品。NEXT集團操守是這承諾之本。

          NEXT會識別那些在個人或職業操守準則方面，都與NEXT本身的操守準則相配合的供應商，並與他們合作。

          NEXT認為其業務夥伴在個人方面理應奉公守法，在進行業務活動時理當遵守當地法規，包括遵行NEXT營運守則中的明確條款。

          NEXT只會與那些為其雇員提供安全健康工作環境的供應商合作。供應商最少須完全遵守生產國有關勞工、健康、安全等方面的法律。

          NEXT的供應商須重視個人尊嚴。他們不會役使奴隸、囚犯、或強迫勞動。他們會給予所有雇員合法的結社自由和集體談判權利，以及在工作環境中，不受騷擾、虐待、侮辱、體罰的權益。他們會給予所有雇員的私人生活和家庭生活，也尊重他們在思想、良心、及宗教自由方面的權利。

          NEXT瞭解及尊重不同文化上的差別。NEXT會尋求和識別供應商，是那些因才任用，不會論及性別、膚色、國籍、文化或宗教信仰、年齡、婚姻狀況的。

          NEXT的供應商必須遵行那些為保護環境而制訂的國家法律和國際標準，這同時適用于原產國和出售產品的所在國。

          NEXT鼓勵其供應商為雇員提供培訓及教育，尤其是青年工，好讓他們能把工作做得更好。
